ONGOING MEASURES

  • Please do not enter the studio if you are ill of any kind, have been asked to isolate by public health, or have a confirmed case of Covid-19 until your isolation or self-monitoring period has ended. This includes family members that may be picking up or dropping off students at the studio.
  • Masks are optional at the studio. We support everyone’s comfort levels to do what feels best for them. Please know your teacher will always have a mask ready, should you wish for them to wear one.
  • The lobby will be re-opened this September, however due to the size of the space we ask if you are able to do drop-off and pick-up only, this is preferred.
  • Teachers and students are asked to stay home if they are feeling unwell. We provide the option of doing an online lesson to any student that has stayed home due to illness. Please call or email the studio with a minimum of 60-minutes notice to arrange an online lesson.
  • Hand sanitizing or handwashing is required prior to entering lesson rooms.
  • Teachers will be wiping down the touch surfaces of their teaching studios between students.
  • The studio will receive a deep clean once a week by a professional cleaning company.
  • Each teaching studio will be equipped with a “squeaky clean bin” containing hand sanitizer, Lysol wipes, medical masks, and a disinfectant spray for pens/pencils.
  • Teaching studios will have plexiglass barriers in place for added protection, and teachers will maintain distance where possible.

We appreciate your continued support to keep Forte School of Music a healthy place for music making.
