Small Changes to Payment Methods

Small Changes to Payment MethodsHuzzah! We have been in business for just over a year, and it has been wonderful!

There are so many things we love about Forte, like teaching music, getting to know and appreciate our students, finding new music from them and for them, and so much more!

We also have found a couple things that are less awesome than music making, which was bound to happen. Primarily sending out invoices every month and following up with them. And really, who likes getting a bill every month? No one! So we have redesigned our payment system, just a little, to make payment simple and easy for everyone, and to ensure that the focus at the studio is on music making.

We are strongly encouraging families to use post-dated cheques. This way you still only have to pay for one month at a time, but all the fuss has been taken care of at the first lesson! Really, a win-win all round!

Don’t have cheques? No problem! Many banks are willing to print a small batch of cheques right on site for just a few dollars.

If you prefer not to use post-dated cheques, there a few other options available, including:

  • Pre-authorized monthly credit payments (with a small convenience fee)
  • Cash paid in three lump sums
  • E-transfer paid in three lump sums

We have chosen to refine this system to hopefully make everyone’s life just a little more streamlined, and to make sure that our focus as teachers is on music making. Thank you for respecting these changes. Your understanding and support mean everything to us!
